CornerStone Communications delivers custom consulting engagements to each of our customers. Whether it’s a light touch on project management or a deep dive into a production environment, we’re supporting customers in any way we can.
Project Management
CornerStone is regularly engaged to manage complex customer projects. We’ll schedule regular cadence calls, keep track of deadlines, engage with the customer’s local contacts on behalf of the IT team, and manage vendors/suppliers. We’re happy to handle large and small projects and will adapt to each customer’s needs. We aim to make your life easier—we can follow your established business practices or our own. We strive to ensure the job is done promptly while all parties are amicable.
Network Design and Implementation
CornerStone assists customers with scoping, architecting, engineering, deploying, and documenting their networks. We can provide boots-on-the-ground implementation resources or support deployments remotely. We’re happy to assist with international deployments, as well, so long as the destination is safe for our team to travel to.
Phone System and Contact Center Design and Implementation
When engaged in a phone or contact center project, CornerStone assists customers with scoping, designing, deploying, and training end users and administrators. We can also deploy boots on the ground for in-person training and physical integrations like paging systems. Again, we’re happy to assist with international deployments as long as the destination is safe for our team to travel to.
Telecom Expense Management
CornerStone provides expense management services to our customers on a project-by-project basis. Our skilled team lives and breathes expense clean-ups, including optimizing internet service provider spending, cleaning up unused carrier services, renegotiating recurring cost services, and more. Eliminating old service contracts associated with unsupported systems within organizations like internet service providers can be tricky. We take the time to research your services, identify phone numbers, licenses, or IP addresses that need to be retained, and either disconnect or transition the service to a better-negotiated rate.
Vendor Selection Engagements
Customers regularly engage CornerStone to vet potential vendors for new projects. We act as a customer advocate and consult with the chosen vendors. Once our vetting process is completed, we’ll provide a detailed recommendation for the customer to review. We represent the strengths and weaknesses of each solution and indicate how well we see it integrating into your environment. Finally, we help negotiate and secure aggressive rates for our customers.
